Iced on the Cobboseecontee
Oil on panel, 11'X 7". It was 19 degrees today and cloudy. I used a pallet knife and brushes for laying down paint. I really like painting "en plein air" in the winter and am mostly pretty comfortable (hand warmers really help) and I've got plenty of warm gear from my winter backpacking days. My feet start getting cold after standing on snow so I sometimes use a pad to stand on.
