Cobboseecontee Cabin
Oil on panel, 6"x9", This is a quick sketch and my 7th painting in the 30 in 30 challenge. I plan on making this a larger painting in the studio. I missed January 8th. I got out today in the afternoon sun after a light snowfall this morning. it was 20 degrees but I was quite comfortable painting from the road above a tributary into Cobbosseecontee Lake about a mile from our house. This is a great place to Iive with the Ocean an hour away and forests and lakes all around.
